You have probably heard the classic song “More
than Words” on radio about 10 times a day since it became
a No. 1 hit in mid-June. Have you wondered why it doesn’t
sound like Extreme?
The work of 11 local senior Japanese-American
artists is currently displayed as part of Legacy: Facets of
Island Modernism at the Honolulu Academy of Arts. The exhibition
consists of various media: paintings, works on paper, and
sculptures – ceramic, metal, and wood.
