Sacagawea - Lewis and Clark interpreter on new coin

A Native American, a woman, a mother, a legend. Roughly 200 years after her efforts helping the expedition that mapped the northern United States, Sacagawea’s place in American history has been recognized by the United States on a new golden dollar coin.

Superstar Yvonne Elliman back in Hawaii

At 17, she walked barefoot in London. At 18, she walked with Jesus. By the time she was 25, she was a superstar. Today, 20 years later, Hawai‘i’s only international singing superstar, Yvonne Elliman is back in her hometown Honolulu to record a new album.
