Every day Americans are faced with a choice: eat fast or eat healthy. Sadly, most opt for a meal deal at the closest fast food joint rather than a salad and some fruit for lunch. Low fat fast food items

A lawsuit was recently brought by Caesar Barber, a 57-year-old Bronx maintenance worker who weighs 270-pounds, against McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Burger King. Barber alleged these restaurants did not warn customers that a steady diet of their products could lead to health problems.
