motorcycles towed
Some HPU students learned, on Oct. 4, how expensive
it can be to park illegally as four motorcycles were towed
from Chaplain Lane, between the Blaisdell Hotel and the FS
building. Since then at least three more motorists have suffered
the same consequences.

Computer
club provides free services
Networking and repairing computers has become
easier. The Computer Club at HPU began offering these services
to the HPU community Sept. 21.

video at Smithsonian
A documentary written, directed, and produced
by the HPU Advanced Video Production class about the island
of Kaho‘olawe was presented by the Smithsonian Institute from
June 5 through Sept. 2. The video will be featured in the Hawai‘i
International Film Festival and is currently at the Bishop Museum.
