Bookstore Online

by Shellee Heen, bookstore manager

If you want to avoid long lines when purchasing your textbooks this term, take advantage of Hawaii Pacific University Bookstore’s newest location—your personal computer! Students, alumni, and parents can enjoy the convenience of Internet shopping by visiting HPU Bookstore’s online location: www.hpu.edu/bookstore.

Five weeks before each term starts, HPU Bookstore posts the booklist for that term on its Web site. From then on, purchasing your textbooks with a credit card is just a few clicks away.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from wherever you have Internet access. The Web site offers all of the textbooks you need in the editions or packages specified by your professors at competitive prices.

Also, you can opt to pick up your order from any of the eight HPU campuses at no extra charge or have your order delivered to your home or office for a small fee. If there is a last-minute switch in course materials, or you drop a class, returns can be done at any HPU Bookstore location. This allows you to get your refund immediately without worrying about shipping charges and delays.
Along with the required and recommended textbooks for HPU classes, the HPU Bookstore Web site also features best-selling, educationally discounted software titles as well as logo apparel, gifts, and school supplies.

Additional savings can be found with the Bookstore Bonus Card. Every $10 spent on qualifying items (i.e. textbooks, software, logo items) purchased in the store or online earn you a stamp. With 20 stamps, your Bookstore Bonus Card can be redeemed for $10 off of your next purchase.
For convenience, competitive prices, quick returns, and additional savings, visit the Hawai‘i Pacific University Bookstore.
