New faces at grad center

HPU’s Center for Graduate Studies recently welcomed two new members to its graduate admissions team:

Joe Salas joins HPU as assistant director for graduate admissions. He brings to the University several years of postsecondary admissions and financial aid experience. In this position, Salas is responsible for enhancing prospective student relations and facilitating the entire admission process. Born in Hawai‘i and raised in Guam, Salas received his bachelor’s degree in communication management from the University of Portland and is currently working on his master’s degree in communication from HPU.

Also joining the HPU Center for Graduate Studies is Glenn Hines, who was named international graduate admissions coordinator responsible for maintaining relationships with all prospective international graduate students, as well as processing the international applications. Raised in Queensland, Australia, Hines received his B.A. in Asian and International Studies from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. Prior to joining HPU, he worked at Indiana University.
