HPU baseball hosts fundraiser

The HPU baseball team won’t be taking the field anytime soon, but they will be hitting a grand slam on Oct. 25 as the Sea Warriors host its first Grand Slam Jam team benefit at the Beach House at the Aloha Tower Marketplace.

HPU has always prided itself on being one of the most ethnically diverse universities in the nation, and that seems to be the key to success for the 2003 Sea Warrior cross country team.

   

HPU volleyball: Brakling tames Mustangs

Mustangs are wild creatures by nature. Ornery, unpredictable, free-spirited. They say that in order to tame a wild horse, you need to break it, harness its will, and let it know who’s in charge. HPU Sea Warrior Flavia Brakling is so good at it that somebody should hand her a cowboy hat and spurs. Yee-Haw.
