TIM students raise scholarship funds at golf tourney

To help raise funds for scholarships in the travel industry management field, HPU TIM students volunteered their time at the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) annual golf tournament held Oct. 20 at the Mid-Pacific Country Club.

Past haunts All My Sons

An act from the past comes back to haunt a family in Arthur Miller’s drama All My Sons, an HPU production directed by Joyce Matlby and playing at the Hawaii Loa campus. Maltby did a great job putting together a diverse cast with strong acting skills and a chemistry that brought the characters and the events of the play to life.

Students do symposium

HPU students explored the notion of global citizen Nov. 8 in a Student Support Services Symposium at the Hawai‘i Loa campus that included a key note address by the chair of the Fulbright Commission and breakout sessions that tried to define global citizenship.
