HPU graduates 600+ in winter 2004

HPU conferred associate, baccalaureate, or master degrees on more than 600 students at the University’s 55th commencement ceremony Jan. 7 at the Waikiki Shell.

   

COM students win AEJMC Logo contest

HPU students took two of the three top honors in this year’s Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) national logo contest. Thanita Pakjamsai and Desiree Higa, graduate students in the College of Communication, won first and third place, respectively, for their logo designs for the 2004 AEJMC convention in Toronto, Canada.
