Vegetarianism is not just a way of living healthy
for humans, it‘s about environmentalism and caring
for the planet. According to the Vegetarian Society* of Hawai’i
(VSH), a vegetarian is a person who “adheres to a diet
free of meat, fish, and fowl.” A vegan diet also “eliminates
