Akamai promtes HPU 40+

Upper Fort Street Mall was filled with students, spectators, cheerleaders, performers, and musicians Sept. 16. Reggae music filled the always-busy strip connecting Beretania and Hotel streets, right in front of Hawai‘i Pacific University.
