90-day residency requirement and to add language that would protect

interstate law
A new interstate anti-abortion bill passed
the Senate Aug. 1, 65-43. The bill prohibits anyone from
transporting a teenager across state lines to get an abortion
without parental knowledge and consent. Violators can be
