Ralph Burr: A Caveat

Ralph Burr has a B.A. in Political Science from Principia College and a JD from the Univeristy of Michigan Law School. He was a U. S. Navy jet fighter pilot with the Seventh Fleet and practiced law and politics in Chicago. He has 30 years experience in government service in Washington, D.C., including five years, 1967-71, in the executive office of the president as a legislative attorney under Presidents Johnson and Nixon.
