Imagine a room full
of total strangers. Suddenly someone points at you, asking
you to speak. You are scared. You don’t know what to
say. You might not even speak English as your first language.
You are afraid you will stumble, stutter, and be at a loss
Imagine it being your first job interview, or a challenge at
work to gain a promotion.
Can you let it slip away? Can you let it pass? If you want that
job or promotion, should you not be the first one to jump up,
take the microphone, and shout out your name? Do you know exactly
what we are talking about?
The truth is we all need to have something special—courage,
passion, and strength, in addition to appearing professional
and confident—if we are to get over our fear of talking
So, are you ready for a change?
